Synopsis

A prophecy names Prince Leo as the source of a rebellion that will destroy his kingdom. Philia, a sharp-tempered nun with the ability to read minds and see visions, is sent to prevent that future. Her childlike appearance hides an adult identity, making first impressions unreliable from the start. Understanding the prince means looking beyond his violent reputation while navigating royal secrets, religious authority, and the limits of her own extraordinary perception.

Story profile
★ My Take

The opening combines a sharp heroine with a political mystery that rewards looking beyond official reputations. Attractive fantasy art and Philia’s unusual abilities make the investigation inviting. Later changes in direction and the heroine’s childlike presentation complicate the romance, so the story is easier to recommend for its initial intrigue than for an entirely smooth romantic arc.

✓ Why you'd like it

Philia’s abilities turn conversation into an investigation, but knowing someone’s thoughts does not automatically reveal how to change them. That gap gives her encounters with Leo more interest than a simple prophecy checklist and creates room for motives that appearances alone cannot settle.

⚠ What may not be for everyone

The adult heroine’s childlike body can make romantic scenes uncomfortable even when the explanation is clear. The focus also shifts after the initial investigation, so readers attached to the opening political structure may find later developments less tightly connected.
