Synopsis

Aya loves rock music, but few people around her share that enthusiasm. A stylish employee at a music shop seems to understand her taste perfectly, and she develops a crush without realizing the person is Mitsuki, the quiet girl sitting beside her in class. Mitsuki recognizes Aya’s growing interest but fears revealing herself. Their shared music gradually creates a connection that becomes harder to contain within either a mistaken identity or an ordinary classroom friendship.

Story profile
★ My Take

The green-and-black visual identity gives even brief scenes an unmistakable mood. Shared music makes Aya and Mitsuki’s attraction feel specific, and their shifting confidence supplies warmth beyond the initial misunderstanding. The short chapter format can stretch small relationship steps, but the expressive styling and emotional immediacy make those moments unusually memorable.

✓ Why you'd like it

Music functions as a private language before either girl knows how to explain the relationship. Clothing, posture, and playlists all become ways of being recognized, making the transition from admiring an image to understanding a person feel especially rewarding.

⚠ What may not be for everyone

The initial mistaken identity resolves into a slower relationship story rather than nonstop reveal comedy. Very short installments and repeated hesitation can make progress feel slight, so the reading experience is often smoother in collected volumes than in isolated updates.
