Synopsis

Woobin has made a habit of charming wealthy women and living off their gifts. When he meets Suji, he sees another opportunity: she is rich, beautiful, and seems easy to win over. Then he unexpectedly falls for her. Suji, however, has intentions of her own and a darker side he has not noticed. What begins as a practiced seduction becomes a relationship in which neither person is as simple, or as harmless, as the other first appears.

Story profile
★ My Take

Woobin and Suji's first impressions are part of the fun: each seems to understand the game until the other changes the rules. The expressive art gives their encounters an alluring surface, while the shifting power balance keeps the romance uncomfortable in a compelling way. I found the character psychology more memorable than the initial con. It rewards patience with people you may never fully want to defend.

✓ Why you'd like it

The appeal is in watching control change hands. Because Woobin starts out convinced he is the one doing the exploiting, each hint that Suji has read him more carefully adds tension to scenes that might otherwise look like ordinary flirting.

⚠ What may not be for everyone

Both leads use people, and the relationship's appeal depends on tolerating that behavior without an immediate moral reset. If you need a couple to communicate honestly or become sympathetic quickly, their push and pull may be frustrating.
