Synopsis

Lee Bobae has spent years supporting her fractured family while wishing her three brothers could simply come home and live normally again. Somehow, all three impossible wishes come true: one returns from a mysterious rift, another awakens extraordinary powers, and the brother who had been comatose finally wakes. Unfortunately, each now behaves like the protagonist of a completely different fantasy story. Bobae remains the practical breadwinner stuck managing three absurdly powerful men—and apparently all the household chores too.

Story profile
★ My Take

My Brothers, the Protagonists is funniest when Bobae reacts to supernatural chaos like an exhausted sibling who still has bills to pay. The brothers' wildly different protagonist archetypes create constant comedy, but the family bond underneath the jokes gives the series warmth. Bobae's practicality makes her a strong anchor. The episodic sibling antics can become repetitive, though the relatively concise run prevents them from overstaying too badly.

✓ Why you'd like it

Instead of following the chosen heroes, the story follows the sister who has to live with three of them. Bobae's deadpan frustration with dungeon logic, dramatic personalities, and unpaid chores turns familiar action-fantasy tropes into affectionate family comedy.

⚠ What may not be for everyone

The series prioritizes sibling comedy and domestic chaos over serious dungeon progression. Readers wanting extensive worldbuilding, romance, or a conventional power-fantasy lead may find Bobae's everyday perspective too light.
