Synopsis

Haneul and Dahae have disliked each other since high school, only to become in-laws when their siblings marry. After tragedy takes the newlyweds and another accident kills Haneul and Dahae, the two enemies awaken in their teenage years with their siblings alive again. Armed with future memories and a shared diary, they must work together to change the fate of the people they love.

Story profile
★ My Take

The dual time-traveler setup gives this story an advantage over romances where only one lead remembers the future: Haneul and Dahae can argue, compare evidence, and carry the grief together. Their bickering comedy keeps the early school chapters lively, but the series never treats the siblings' deaths as a disposable plot device. The mystery develops patiently into a sincere story about family, guilt, and learning to see past a terrible first impression.

✓ Why you'd like it

You get a complete enemies-to-lovers romance and a second-chance family drama in the same story. Both leads actively try to repair the future, their chemistry grows through genuine teamwork, and the lighter school comedy prevents the fate-changing mystery from becoming relentlessly bleak.

⚠ What may not be for everyone

The opening deaths, grief, and recurring fear that history may repeat can be emotionally heavy despite the comedy. The leads also bicker for a substantial portion of the story, and the middle mystery moves more slowly than readers looking for immediate romance may prefer.
