Synopsis

After dying from overwork, a woman awakens as five-year-old Aisya, a child spy raised by House Poz inside a novel she remembers. Her first assignment is to impersonate Duke Krost's missing daughter and infiltrate his household—a mission that originally ends with Aisya's death. Refusing another miserable ending, she decides to betray House Poz, help the duke recover his real family, and find a powerful protector who can keep her from ever being sent back.

Story profile
★ My Take

The Little Spy Who Kidnapped the Villain has a fun hook because Aisya approaches childcare fantasy like a covert operation. Her knowledge of the original plot gives her clear survival goals, while her attempts to recruit allies add comedy and momentum. The found-family setup already shows promise, but the English release is extremely new, so larger character arcs and romantic elements remain too early to judge confidently.

✓ Why you'd like it

Aisya is not waiting around to be adopted—she actively negotiates, gathers information, switches loyalties, and plans her own escape route. That tiny-spy mentality makes the familiar fake-daughter setup feel more proactive and mischievous than a standard rescued-child story.

⚠ What may not be for everyone

The protagonist spends the early story as a five-year-old, so romance is understandably distant and family dynamics take priority. With only 21 English episodes currently available, many mysteries and relationships are still in their introductory stages.
