Synopsis

Humanity learns to materialize the soul as Ideia, and social status increasingly depends on the strength of that power. Park Jinsung is publicly classified as F-rank, making him an easy target at school. In reality, his Ideia reaches S-rank levels and carries a violent bloodlust he deliberately suppresses because he fears hurting others. With graduation approaching, Jinsung must survive a hierarchy built to humiliate the weak while keeping the terrifying ability that could overturn it completely hidden.

Story profile
★ My Take

My F-Rank High School Life delivers the familiar hidden-power fantasy with a darker psychological angle: Jinsung is not hiding strength for convenience but because he distrusts what it does to him. The school ranking system creates satisfying confrontations and plenty of underestimation payoff. Some bullying arcs repeat familiar beats, but the Ideia concept gives the action its own identity. Romance remains secondary to combat and self-control.

✓ Why you'd like it

Jinsung has the power readers normally expect him to flaunt, yet using it carries an emotional and moral cost. That restraint makes every reveal more satisfying and keeps the school hierarchy from feeling like a simple power-level gimmick.

⚠ What may not be for everyone

The series includes persistent bullying and violent school conflict, and several arcs rely on antagonists underestimating Jinsung. Readers looking for romance will find it far less important than action.
